If you make a mistake in your online order, such as providing incorrect measurements or choosing the wrong material, we are happy to cancel, refund, or amend your order if it has not yet been processed. Custom laser cut items are exempt from the distance selling cooling off period and therefore, cannot be returned. This is because the item would have been made to your specifications, making it impossible for us to re-sell.

However, if the item(s) have been laser cut to the wrong size (allowing for the standard tolerance for that specific material) or is cut in the wrong type or thickness of material, we will re-cut the item(s) and dispatch them as soon as possible.

Please contact us via telephone as soon as possible to explain the nature of the problem. We will then arrange for the return of the item. Goods damaged in transit, short or wrongly delivered, must be notified to our sales office within three working days of receiving the item(s).
